Experience : Min 12-15 years of exp in Microloans & Min 3-5 years in leadership capacity.

Job Description:

- Ensure planning, commencement, and completion of audit assignments within defined timelines.

- Preparation of risk-based audit plan covering all functions/departments and locations covering regulatory requirements.

- Preparation and Updation of RiskControlMatrix (RCM) for audits and testing controls objectively during audit execution along with maintaining test steps and working papers.

- Monitoring of audit assignments to assess the adequacy of audit coverage, execution and mitigation of risk identified during the audit.

- Ongoing engagement with Key stakeholders to drive mitigation of risk identified during audit.

- Reporting identified gaps and recommended improvements covering root cause and implication, preventive and corrective action.

- Ensuring qualitative closure and monitoring timely closure of observation, tracking open observations and escalating timely on delayed management actions.

- Demonstrate reasonable knowledge of the industry or sector and be aware of current risk / trends.

- Coordinate with bank compliance team during RBI inspection and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with BusinessCorrespondent (BC) bank and their internal audit team.

- Effective team management and ongoing review of work performed by team members.

- Ability to leverage latest technology and strong financial and statistical analysis skills.

- Ability to work effectively across functions demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.

- Ability to prioritize and make decisions in fast-paced environment.

- Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within dynamic priority-setting environment.

- Good communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge and Experience in hashtag#audits of hashtag#MicroFinance, MSME lending and Gold Loans etc.

- Knowledge and Experience in Liability products like CASA /RD accounts would be added advantage.
