Job Title: Vertical Head - IT Staff Augmentation (India & Global Markets).

Experience: 10 to 15 years in IT staffing/services with proven P&L and sales leadership.

Location: Bangalore (Preferred).

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Work Mode: Hybrid / On-Site (as per business needs).

Job Brief:

- One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Vertical Head - IT Staff Augmentation to lead their staffing division.

- This is a leadership role with full P&L ownership, focused on growing the business in India and select global markets.

- The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong sales skills, a solid industry network, and a proven record of building successful IT staffing operations.

Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Ownership:

- Take charge of the IT Staff Augmentation vertical with full P&L responsibility.

- Plan and execute strategies for growth across India and key global markets.

- Design staffing models suitable for enterprises, startups, and global clients.

Sales & Client Acquisition:

- Use your network to open new client accounts.

- Engage with CXOs, CHROs, and procurement teams to offer staff augmentation services.

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to build go-to-market plans.

Network-Based Growth.

- Leverage your industry connections for quick business traction.

- Convert warm relationships into long-term accounts.

- Focus on verticals like IT, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Digital.

Talent Fulfilment & Delivery:

- Build a strong recruitment and delivery team.

- Ensure fast and accurate placement of talent.

- Maintain service levels, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

- Hire, manage, and grow a high-performance team.

- Lead recruiters, account managers, and delivery staff.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

- 10 to 15+ years of experience in IT staffing/services.

- 3 to 5+ years in leadership or P&L-focused roles.

- Strong sales background and client acquisition success in India.

- Well-connected with HR, procurement, and delivery leaders in IT/Tech.

- Experience in running and scaling staff augmentation teams.

- Solid understanding of the Indian talent market, pricing, and labour laws.

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Preferred:

- Experience with MSP/VMS models or large vendor networks.

- Understanding of global staffing models and offshore delivery.

- Familiarity with tools like ATS, CRM, and compliance systems.
