Experience with Contractors, Construction Project Management Co, Real estate & Developers, handled construction of Residential (High Rise/Row Houses/Villas), Commercial (mixed use), Industrial, IT park, Township, Real estate projects and delivering them within target time, schedule, cost, quality and handed over them with P&L responsibility for many prestigious clients in India & abroad.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

Operations Management:

- Spearheading & handling multiple departments with commanding leadership, Establishing Policies, SOP & Systems, P&L, Operation & maintenance, Statutory Adherence, Audits, Quality, EHS

Project Management:

- Preparing Project plan, Approval of project budgets, Scheduling, Kick-off Meetings, Liaison, Team building, Procurement, Monitoring of Progress & Cost, Progress Review Meetings, Check on Quality & Safety, and Handing over with utmost quality & time.

Business Development and Marketing:

- Lead generation, Conversion of leads, demonstrating the abilities & convincing the clients, Closure of contracts, JV

Stake holder Management:

- Skilled in managing relationship with the Internal team, Contractors, Vendors, Clients, Consultants & Authorities.

Estimation & Tendering:

- Estimation & budget preparation, Coordination for submission of bids, Bid Meetings, Signing off contracts, Techno-Commercial negotiations

Contracts & Procurement:

- Preparing procurement plan, floating tenders, identifying Vendors & Contractors, Awarding works & purchases.

IT Management:

- Creating effective & systematic MIS, improvisation of tracking methodology, approving interim payments & final settlements, monitoring all liabilities such as guarantee, warranty, defect, etc.

Age must be below 51 yrs.

Experience: 15+ Years

Note: Real Estate experience Mandatory.
