Candidate with a proven track record in high end, sales of luxury apartments of very high ticket sizes. We are ideally looking for someone from Hyderabad or candidates who have worked in Hyderabad market sometime in their careers.
Responsibilities:
- This role will be accountable for sales of high ticket High Rise apartment sales - end to end.
- He / she will be working closely with management, marketing, post sales teams to ensure the right kind of leads being generated, engaged and taken through the sales process till sale closure.
Qualifications:
- MBA with marketing or equivalent
- Candidate with strong sales track record in luxury residential real estate
- Capability to work under high pressure and in rapidly changing environment with good People management and motivational skills.
- Confidence and approach to engage and sell to customers who comprise of CXO level people, business owners, ultra HNIs.
Note: Real Estate experience Mandatory.
