Job Description:

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and optimise our customer relationship management systems and marketing automation platforms.

- In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, developing automated workflows, and driving campaign performance through tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot.

- You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting, while ensuring seamless integration across digital platforms.

- This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for process improvement, and experience in leveraging CRM and automation to support business growth in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

In This Role, You Will:

- Manage and maintain the CRM system's marketing integration (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Hubspot) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability across marketing and sales functions.

- Execute marketing automation strategies to support lead nurturing, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

- Collaborate with Campaign and ABM Managers to design and implement automated workflows that align with revenue and engagement goals.

- Monitor and optimise CRM and automation performance, including lead scoring, segmentation, and conversion tracking, to improve ROI and customer lifecycle management.

- Ensure seamless integration between CRM, marketing platforms, and digital tools, including website forms, analytics, and third-party applications.

- Support the implementation of SEO and content strategies by ensuring CRM and automation systems capture and reflect user behaviour and engagement data.

- Generate and analyse reports on campaign performance, user journeys, and CRM health to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Integrate and analyse digital tools and platforms such as Google Analytics (Universal/GA4), HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Clarity, and SEMrush to support marketing operations.

Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of proven experience in CRM management and marketing automation, preferably in the IT Services or technology sector.

- Strong understanding of data analytics, segmentation, and lead lifecycle management.

- Proficiency in marketing automation and reporting tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, PowerBI, and Google Analytics.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
