Sales Manager - West
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales and achieve assigned quotas by establishing, developing, and closing business opportunities within the Western Region.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior positions at service provider accounts.
- Strategic Account Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand relationships with end-users and partners.
- Solution Selling: Understand prospects' business plans and buying processes to effectively position our secure networking solutions and demonstrate their value.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process for all customers in the West Region, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Market Intelligence: Provide timely and detailed information on market needs, buying trends, and competitive dynamics to the sales team and relevant stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline in Salesforce to ensure forecasting accuracy and meet business forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-9 years of proven experience in selling networking and security solutions to large enterprises and service providers.
- Sales Track Record: A strong track record of achieving sales quotas in recent years.
- Solution Selling: Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions by understanding and addressing customer business needs.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Forecasting: High forecasting accuracy and a consistent track record of meeting forecasts.
- Networking: Proven experience with service providers in the Western region is highly preferred.
