Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager India (Banking Sector) to join our sales team as an individual contributor. This role is ideal for someone with 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, who has pre-established connections in the banking sector and experience engaging with key decision-makers in banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle sales for banking and financial services accounts, including:

- Prospecting and lead generation

- Qualification and discovery

- Solution presentation and product demos

- Proposal preparation, negotiation, and contracting

- Closing deals and achieving revenue targets

- Leverage pre-existing relationships within the banking sector to accelerate pipeline and conversion

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in banks, financial institutions, and fintechs

- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility in CRM tools

- Continuously identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts in the banking domain

Experience & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably with a focus on banking or financial services

- Proven track record of closing end-to-end deals independently

- Pre-established network and relationships within the banking sector in India

- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills

- Excellent English communication skills verbal and written

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments

- Experience with AI, automation, or AI chat and voice agents is a plus
