- We are seeking a detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to conduct surveys and analyze customer preferences and statistical data.
- Your role will involve providing valuable insights to support customers in their decision-making processes related to product designs, pricing, and promotions.
- As a successful Market Research Analyst, you will have the ability to independently analyze qualitative data, identify trends, assess strategies, and evaluate competition, with the ultimate goal of enhancing competitiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis
- Gather and consolidate data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace, transforming information into actionable insights, reports, and presentations.
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to capture prospective customers' preferences.
- Collect and analyze statistical data using both modern and traditional research methods.
- Conduct valid and reliable market research, including SWOT analysis.
- Interpret research findings, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Utilize online research tools and maintain well-organized research databases.
- Perform competitive analysis on market offerings, identifying trends, pricing models, business strategies, and operational methods.
Pre-Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements during the proposal stage.
- Assist in designing research frameworks, methodologies, and cost estimates for RFPs and proposals.
- Prepare capability decks, case studies, and sample deliverables for client presentations.
- Participate in sales meetings to address research-related queries and showcase expertise.
Post-Sales Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-contract signing, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment of expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive trust, satisfaction, and repeat engagements.
- Share progress updates, presentations, and insights throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Delivery - End-to-End
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customized market research projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (data collection, analysis, design) to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks before final deliverables are shared with clients.
Desired candidate:
- Experience as a Market Research Analyst or similar role (3 - 5 years)
- Expertise in Data analysis, and Data visualization
- Good knowledge of basic tools like MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
