Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Build a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
- Understand the product suite of digital solutions in depth to position them effectively for different client needs.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase clear ROI for clients.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Provide actionable feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Accurately document all sales activities, leads, and progress in CRM tools (Zoho, etc).
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and leadership insights.
- Provide sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
- Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business (MBA)
- 3+ years of sales consulting or business intelligence experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
