About the Job:

- We are hiring a techno-functional leader to own the end- to- end lifecycle of VeriTouch Insurance, our purpose- built CRM solution for the insurance industry.

- This is a senior, global product role, accountable for product strategy, roadmap, market success, and differentiation of a vertical insurance CRM platform.

- You will work across the insurance domain, CRM platforms, AI, and enterprise delivery, collaborating closely with architecture, engineering, data/AI, sales, executive stakeholders and ensure delivery of high-impact CRM capabilities across customer engagement, sales, service, and marketing.

What you will be doing:

- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for VeriTouch Insurance, aligned with client needs, regulatory trends, continuous competitive analysis, and market dynamics.

- Own product success in the market, defining and tracking measurable outcomes such as adoption, commercial rollout, utilization, and business impact across regions.

- Lead the application of CRM in insurance- specific use cases such as policyholder lifecycle management, underwriting collaboration, broker/agent engagement, claims servicing and regulatory compliance.

- Prioritize and deliver features across modules including Single Customer View, Contact Center Automation, Sales & Prospect Management, Complaints & Service Requests, Campaign Management, Dashboards and executive reporting by defining and evolving insurance- specific data models, KPIs, and ratios.

- Ensure seamless integration with core insurance systems (e.g, policy administration, claims, underwriting) using APIs and middleware.

- Drive AI- enabled CRM capabilities such as predictive insights, next- best- action, intelligent routing, and agent- assisted workflows, ensuring AI delivers real operational value.

- Own the product backlog and releases, working with agile delivery teams through backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and go- live to ensure predictable, high- quality releases.

- Manage releases across multiple customers, localizations, and regions, promoting fit- and- adapt principles and industrializing reusable capabilities into the core product.

- Monitor and report product KPIs, ensuring transparency on adoption, velocity, utilization, and measurable business impact.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, solution architects, data/AI teams, and sales to ensure delivery excellence and strategic alignment.

- Act as the voice of the customer across insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to inform roadmap and prioritization decisions.

- Lead and support pre- sales, RFPs, and executive- level customer engagements, clearly positioning VeriTouch Insurance against other competitors and generic CRM platforms.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g GDPR, KYC), support audit readiness, and uphold strong data- governance practices.

What we are looking for:.

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, with 5+ years in product management or product leadership roles.

- Deep expertise in insurance CRM data models and workflows, including policy lifecycle, underwriting collaboration, claims, renewals, complaints, and customer servicing.

- Strong understanding of insurance operating models, including agent and broker networks, commission structures, and performance management.

- Experience with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and designing vertical insurance CRM capabilities beyond out- of- the- box features.

- Ability to define clean functional boundaries between CRM and core insurance systems (policy administration, underwriting, claims) and drive effective integration.

- Proven experience working with cross- functional teams (engineering, architecture, data/AI, QA, sales) in enterprise, regulated environments.

- Demonstrated success delivering commercially adopted, scalable enterprise products.

- Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder- management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at executive, customer, and delivery levels.

- Strong product ownership mindset with a high degree of accountability, self- driven onboarding, and proven experience defining success metrics and driving adoption and commercial impact.
