About the job:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise PMO to lead and govern high-impact, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including complex corporate programs, organizational transitions, strategic evaluations, and cross-functional transformation efforts.
Building on strong core PMO foundationsplanning, execution oversight, governance, and KPI tracking this role requires experience gained within consulting environments, with exposure to strategy execution, corporate finance, and multi-workstream program governance.
What you will be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise PMO Governance & Execution
- Monitor projects across internal functions such as Finance, HR, Projects, and Products, providing structured health summaries and dashboards.
- Identify and escalate early-warning risks or delivery challenges to executive leadership.
- Track organizational projects against agreed KPIs and performance frameworks.
- Drive portfolio prioritization and ensure project alignment to corporate strategy.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
Strategic Corporate Programs:
Serve as PMO lead for large-scale corporate programs, including:
- Strategic evaluations and readiness assessments.
- Organizational transition planning.
- Synergy, value-capture, or performance-improvement tracking.
- Program structures involving multiple entities, business units, or teams.
- Coordinate with senior executives, finance teams, external advisors, and legal stakeholders to ensure governance rigor and disciplined execution.
- Establish steering committees, risk logs, integration frameworks, and cross-workstream alignment structures appropriate for sensitive corporate initiatives.
Consulting-Style PMO & Strategy Execution
- Partner with consulting teams (internal/external) to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
- Support enterprise strategy execution, including OKR frameworks, prioritization models, and performance dashboards.
- Operate with a consulting mindsetstructured problem-solving, analytical rigor, and executive presentation quality.
Financial & Analytical Program Support
- Collaborate closely with Finance for budget tracking, cost-to-deliver, and ROI realization across strategic initiatives.
- Develop business cases and financial models that support executive decision-making.
- Lead performance reporting, dashboarding, and data-driven insights for senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop enterprise-level programs.
- Manage detailed program planning, milestones, deliverables, interdependencies, and risk mitigation activities.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Change Management & Communication
- Lead change management efforts, stakeholder engagement, and communications, leveraging experience in change management practices.
- Prepare executive-ready program updates, reports, and presentations.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
- PMO-related certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, etc.
- Additional certifications in strategy, corporate finance, or transformation programs are advantageous.
- Proven experience as a PMO or Senior PMO leading enterprise-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in management consulting or similar high-discipline, project-intensive environments.
- Exposure to complex corporate initiatives involving multi-entity coordination or sensitive organizational changes.
- Experience with ERP and HR process implementation programs.
- Strong background in financial governance, executive reporting, and strategic planning.
