Role Overview:
Were looking for a Sales Head who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Youll lead Verdantis global sales efforts, drive growth in key industries, and tell our AI story with passion and clarity.
This role demands energy, creativity, and a relentless hunger to win.
What Youll Do:
- Define and execute a global sales strategy with quarterly goals and KPIs.
- Drive sales expansion in North America, Middle East, Australia and other international markets.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for aligned go-to-market execution.
- Present compelling business narratives to enterprise clients and leadership.
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline and sales momentum.
What Were Looking For:
- 12+ years in enterprise B2B or SaaS sales, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Proven success in AI / SaaS / data or digital transformation solutions.
- Strong exposure to Oil & Gas, Utilities, Mining, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Experience leading global sales preferably across North America and matured markets
- A strategic storyteller who can turn technology into business value.
- Hungry, driven, and passionate about AI and innovation.
