Verbaflo.ai is building cutting-edge AI products that transform how businesses operate. As we expand our engineering and AI teams, we're looking for a high-calibre Talent Acquisition Specialist who can drive end-to-end hiring with speed, precision, and excellent stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering, AI, Product, and Operations.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, talent communities, events, referrals, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview structures, and evaluation criteria.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, ensuring a high-quality shortlist.
- Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Track recruiting metrics, maintain dashboards, and support process improvements.
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Represent Verbaflo.ai's culture, mission, and growth story authentically in all candidate interactions.
Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong focus on technical hiring.
- Proven success hiring for functions such as Backend Engineering, Frontend Engineering, QA- Testing, DevOps, AI, Analytics, Design etc.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination abilities.
- Sharp, structured mindset with strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startups preferred).
- Familiarity with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment best practices.
