Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Growth Head to lead our Paid & Visible Marketing charter. This role will drive customer acquisition, user engagement, visibility, and top-of-funnel growth through paid campaigns, brand visibility initiatives, funnel optimisation, and data-backed experimentation. You will own our growth engine end-to-end, ensuring scalable, predictable, and high-quality lead generation.

Responsibilities

Performance & Paid Marketing

- Own paid search, LinkedIn, retargeting, selective programmatic/YouTube, SEO, and CRO.

- Deliver qualified pipeline at efficient CAC and payback targets.

- Govern budgets, scale proven channels, and optimise for SQL/SQO-driven outcomes.

Funnel, Lifecycle & Sales Alignment

- Drive full-funnel performance: MQL > SQL > SQO > Revenue.

- Lead lifecycle automation (email, in-app) and ensure timely Sales handoff and follow-up.

Experimentation & Creative

- Run a structured experimentation programme across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.

- Oversee creative development for paid channels with clear ICP- and outcome-led messaging.

Attribution, Data & Reporting

- Own analytics, attribution, and offline conversion performance.

- Publish weekly and monthly visibility into pipeline, CAC/payback, and channel contribution.

Governance & Compliance

- Ensure platform and regional compliance (GDPR/PECR, consent requirements, ad policy).

- Maintain standards across UTM taxonomy, tracking, tagging, and measurement accuracy.

Leadership

- Build and lead a high-performing growth team (paid acquisition, lifecycle/CRO, ops, creative).

- Operate in IST while managing campaigns in US/UK/EU buyer-local time.

Requirements

- 6-8 years of experience in growth/paid marketing roles within fast-paced startups or digital-first businesses.

- Strong understanding of performance metrics, funnel optimisation, and analytical tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, etc.).

- Experience running multi-crore marketing budgets with proven ROI.

- Strong creative intuition paired with data-led decision making.

- Strong expertise in paid search, LinkedIn, lifecycle, CRO, and pipeline-driven optimisation.

- Fluent with attribution, analytics tools, and revenue-centric metrics.

- Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets with disciplined experimentation.

- Ability to balance strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment.

Nice to Have

- Experience in SaaS or consumer-tech environments.

- Prior leadership experience managing marketers, analysts, and external agencies.

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation & CRM workflows.
