Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Metabase to help unlock actionable insights and build a data-first culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and convert them into intuitive dashboards and visualizations using Metabase. 2. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data across multiple sources. 3. Develop and maintain key business reports, KPI dashboards, and self-serve analytics in Metabase. 4. Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions across product, marketing, operations, and sales. 5. Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve data reliability and availability. 6. Collaborate with data engineering or dev teams to ensure data pipelines and schemas support reporting needs. 7. Present findings in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience Core Requirements: 1. 4-5 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst or similar role. 2. Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards in Metabase. 3. Proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of relational databases. 4. Strong business acumen with the ability to frame problems and tell stories with data. 5. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 6. Familiarity with tools like Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, or product analytics platforms is a plus. 7. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders while thriving in cross-functional teams. Bonus Points: 1. Experience with version control (Git), basic scripting (Python), or other BI tools (Looker, Power BI). 2.
