WHAT YOU'LL DO :

- Own P&L across all NEET/JEE centres in Tamil Nadu - revenue, margins & cost control

- Expand the centre network across Tier 1, 2 & 3 cities; lead site identification, setup & launch

- Drive student enrolment, admissions conversion & fee realisation

- Ensure academic quality - NEET/JEE results, faculty performance & student outcomes

- Build state-level brand through school tie-ups, counselling camps & digital outreach

- Lead, hire & retain teams across academic, ops & sales functions

- Report P&L performance to leadership with actionable insights

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

Experience : 10 - 18 years' experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within NEET / JEE coaching

- Proven P&L ownership - 20 Cr+ revenue responsibility preferred

- Track record of opening / scaling coaching centres across Tamil Nadu

- Deep knowledge of NEET / JEE academic landscape, exam patterns & student behaviour in TN

- Strong Tamil proficiency; English fluency required

- Prior experience with a leading coaching brand (Aakash, Allen, FIITJEE, Narayana, Sri Chaitanya, Velammal or similar)
