About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales /Senior sals Manager to lead and scale our EdTech sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in selling education programs, meeting revenue targets, and managing a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales for assigned products/programs.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/counselors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and working professionals.
- Monitor team performance and implement performance improvement plans.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance lead quality and conversions.
- Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience and adherence to sales processes.
- Conduct regular training to improve team communication and product knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of total sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years of mandatory EdTech experience specifically in selling higher education programs (MBA, PG programs, certification programs, degree programs, etc.).
- Proven experience in handling and scaling inside sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in meeting and exceeding revenue targets consistently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle high-volume leads and fast-paced environments.
