Job Title: Regional Operations Manager (Senior Role)

Job Summary:
- The Regional Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic and operational excellence across all six phases of the company's operational and training ecosystem within the assigned region.
- This position entails full ownership of regional performance, ensuring that both operational and training deliverables align with the organization's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to translate strategic direction into measurable outcomes.
- Working closely with the CEO, the Regional Operations Manager will implement business strategies, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency across regional teams and training functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO to drive operational and training excellence across all six phases.
- Translate company goals into actionable regional plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end operations, including planning, execution, training deployment, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and improve KPIs to enhance efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
- Optimize regional budgets, resources, and logistics for cost-effective operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional managers, trainers, and support teams.
- Implement structured training programs to strengthen team capability and performance.
- Set clear goals, evaluation criteria, and accountability frameworks for all regional staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Quality, and Business Development teams to align operations with company goals.
- Represent the region in executive meetings and provide performance insights to leadership.
- Serve as the main escalation point for operational and training issues in the region.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 15-20 years of experience in operations management, training leadership, or a similar senior management role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-phase, or multi-location operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel across regions as required.
