Role Overview

The Manager - CEO Office (Strategy) acts as an internal consultant, advising the CEO and other executives on high-priority strategic initiatives. This role bridges the CEO's vision with daily operations and long-term planning, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Driving Strategic Initiatives: Oversee annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic plans; act as a bridge between CEO and leadership.

- Market & Business Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and business opportunities; provide actionable insights.

- Executing Special Projects: Manage mission-critical projects (M&A, partnerships, new product development, expansion).

- Tracking Performance: Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; prepare reports/dashboards for senior management.

- Preparing High-Level Presentations: Develop materials for board meetings, investor briefings, and internal strategy sessions.

- Improving Operational Efficiency: Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

- Ensuring Communication Alignment: Act as liaison between CEO's office and departments to ensure strategic clarity and alignment.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field (required).

- MBA or equivalent graduate degree (preferred).

Experience:

- Post-MBA experience or up to 10 years overall professional experience.

- Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.

- Experience in high-growth / fast-paced tech startup (preferred).

Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.

- Advanced data analysis & presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management.

- Strong communication skills - verbal & written.

- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

- High integrity and discretion with sensitive information.
