Role Overview:

As the Performance Marketing Head, you will be responsible for leading and scaling Veranda's performance marketing efforts across all digital channels. You will develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive user acquisition, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Your work will directly impact Veranda's growth trajectory by optimizing marketing spend and driving qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

- Manage and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing, to maximize ROI.

- Lead a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and team objectives.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budgetary guidelines to maximize impact.

- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmap and sales targets, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners to negotiate favorable terms and maximize value.

- Oversee the development of compelling ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates and drive user engagement.

- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to develop and execute successful performance marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

- Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 15-20 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Online Marketing.

- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
