Job Title: Chartered Accountant - Core Accounting

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Business Units: HigherEd, Edureka (Vocational Business)

Experience Required: 7-10 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the core accounting function for our Vocational Business verticals - HigherEd, and Edureka.

This is a critical role where you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, financial compliance, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end core accounting including ledger management, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.

- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and budgets.

- Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.

- Implement best practices to strengthen financial controls and processes.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-10 years of post-qualification experience.

- Proven expertise in core accounting and financial management.

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior experience in EdTech or service sector will be an added advantage.
