Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a AGM/DGM. The AGM will lead the sales team to drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of business targets.


- Responsibilities include overseeing daily sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, formulating market strategies, and leading team training and development.


- The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business goals with sales objectives, analyzing sales data to inform decision-making, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 14+ years of experience in sales, and min 5 to 7 years in edtech sales higher programmes.

- Strong expertise in B2C sales, team handling, and selling higher education programmes P&L etc

- Advanced knowledge of market analysis, market trends, lead generation, and CRM tools.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Willingness to travel to Gurgaon.
