Purpose:
The Marketing Events Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering Verameds commercial event strategy, strengthening brand presence through the execution of high-impact events.
This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced individual who takes full ownership of event coordination and delivery.
With a strong sense of accountability and a collaborative mindset, the Marketing Events Assistant Manager ensures that all event activities are executed to a high standard, aligned with Verameds values, and contribute meaningfully to broader marketing and business objectives.

- Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and Veramed-hosted events.
- Manage end-to-end logistics: registration, booth shipping, collateral production, venue booking, catering, travel, and promotional materials.
- Act as the primary liaison with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Develop and support event-related content (e.g., invitations, social media, follow-up communications) to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Maintain and manage event calendars, budgets, and post-event reporting with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Facilitate pre- and post-event briefings to ensure clear accountability and timely follow-through on actions.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance using feedback and analytics to inform future strategy.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, event management, or administrative support roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Account Engagement) is a plus.
