Venwiz is Indias only platform dedicated to projects in CapEx and engineering services, providing AI-driven vendor discovery, assessments, and quote collection. With centralized order tracking and a seamless expediting module, we ensure smoother CapEx project implementation across sectors.

Who Were Looking For

We are seeking seasoned professionals who bring deep industry knowledge, strong networks, and a passion for enabling innovation in CapEx project execution. Ideal candidates will have held influential roles in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, Chemicals, Cement, Steel, and Defence, and possess an in-depth understanding of procurement, engineering services, and project management workflows.

Experienced Industry Experts or Retired Consultants who have held leadership or strategic roles, often post-MBA, with over 20 years of experience. They bring boardroom-level influence and a panoramic view of the CapEx lifecycle, from planning to execution. Their insight and credibility enable them to open doors and guide strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.

Subject Matter Experts or Mid-career Professionals with 8-15 years of experience, ideally educated at top-tier institutions. They may currently be part of industry-specific consulting firms or core execution teams. Their on-ground experience and operational understanding of project dynamics make them valuable in identifying opportunities, facilitating client interactions, and sharing market intelligence.

What unites both profiles is a strong professional network, the ability to spot opportunity gaps in CapEx execution, and a willingness to collaborate with a tech-driven platform to drive meaningful change in the industry.

Responsibilities

- Leverage personal network and credibility to introduce Venwiz to decision-makers

- Drive strategic business development initiatives in target sectors

- Provide insights into vendor/client requirements and pain points

- Act as a sounding board for product improvement and go-to-market strategies

- Participate in industry events/webinars to represent Venwiz

- Facilitate partnerships with EPCs, PMCs, and OEMs
