VenturEdu - Director - Investment & Advisory

As a Director of Investment & Advisory, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing relationships with various investors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identification of high-potential investments with VC firms, early-stage/angel investors, etc.

- Planning and organising the engagement of investors on regular basis

- Source and evaluate new investment opportunities through financial, operational, and market analysis

- Support in negotiating term sheets, shareholder agreements, and governance provisions.

- Lead thematic research and market mapping in target sectors

- Lead diligence across business, financial, legal, and product dimensions

- Support Communications, reporting, and strategy of growth of VenturEdu and Fibonacci X
