Role: VP / Senior Director People Systems & Data Architect

Experience: 10-15 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

- Lead the design, architecture, and evolution of the end-to-end People Technology and Data ecosystem

- Drive scalable, integrated, and data-driven HR systems that enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and leadership decision-making

- Partner with senior HR and business leaders to translate workforce strategy into robust systems, analytics, and automation

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain the full People Technology ecosystem including HRIS, ATS, engagement, performance, and analytics platforms

- Architect scalable and future-ready People systems to support organizational growth and long-term stability

- Drive automation of HR workflows to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance employee and manager experience

- Ensure seamless integration across all People systems delivering real-time, reliable, and consistent data

- Establish data governance standards, data definitions, and controls to ensure data continuity and accuracy

- Own People data architecture, reporting frameworks, and analytics strategy

- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to translate business needs into system enhancements and automation opportunities

- Evaluate, select, and implement emerging HR technologies to modernize People operations

- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards delivering actionable workforce insights to senior leadership

- Translate complex workforce data into intuitive visualizations for decision-making, forecasting, and planning

- Enable data-driven workforce planning, talent insights, and operational reporting

- Ensure compliance, security, and privacy standards across People systems and data platforms

- Scalable and stable People systems architecture supporting business growth

- Reduction in manual HR processes through automation and system optimization

- High data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all People platforms

- Leadership adoption of workforce dashboards and analytics for decision-making

- Improved employee and manager experience through efficient HR technology

- Successful implementation of new HR tools and system enhancements

- Availability of real-time, actionable People insights across the organization

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, or Workforce Data Architecture

- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale HRIS and People analytics initiatives

- Strong background in People data governance, integrations, and system architecture

- Experience partnering with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders

- Bachelors degree in Technology, Human Resources, Analytics, or related field

- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
