Role Overview:

The Senior General Manager/Assistant Vice President will serve as a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing end-to-end business operations and strategic execution across the Delhi NCR, Mumbai, or Hyderabad regions. This role involves orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing high-stakes client relationships, and ensuring that project delivery aligns with the companys financial and operational benchmarks. You will act as the primary bridge between executive leadership and site operations, driving efficiency, mitigating project risks, and ensuring that the organization maintains its competitive edge in the infrastructure landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct regional business operations to ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance to achieve organizational objectives.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, consultants, and vendors, to facilitate seamless project approvals and resource procurement.

- Implement robust operational frameworks and process improvements to optimize resource utilization and reduce project overheads.

- Monitor financial performance and P&L metrics for regional operations, providing actionable insights to the leadership team to drive profitability.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks by proactively addressing bottlenecks in supply chain, labor management, or regulatory compliance.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects with a deep understanding of construction methodologies and site management.
