Vendor Manager - Strategic Staffing Partnerships

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced professionals from Procurement, Vendor Management, or Strategic Sourcing backgrounds who have hands-on experience in managing staffing vendors and empanelment processes within large organizations.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to streamline vendor onboarding, manage staffing partnerships, and drive procurement excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end vendor empanelment and onboarding processes for staffing partners

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors and service providers

- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Legal, Finance) for contract finalization

- Drive sourcing strategies for IT/Non-IT staffing requirements

- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards

- Support RFP/RFI processes and vendor selection frameworks

- Maintain vendor database and partnership lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in Procurement / Vendor Management / Strategic Sourcing

- Strong exposure to staffing vendor empanelment processes

- Experience working with large enterprises / MNCs / GCCs

- Knowledge of contract negotiation and compliance frameworks

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple vendors and partnerships simultaneously

Preferred Background:

- Experience handling staffing vendors (IT / Non-IT / Contractual hiring)

- Worked in industries like IT Services, BFSI, Consulting, Telecom, or Manufacturing

- Prior involvement in scaling vendor ecosystems or setting up empanelment frameworks
