Job Title: Vendor Growth Manager Experience: 6+ Years Location: Gurugram Industry: AI SaaS Product (B2B Solution) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Vendor Operations Manager to enhance and expand its network of last-mile logistics providers. This key position will focus on the entire vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, contracting, performance tracking, and vendor success. You will ensure that our logistics partners meet operational standards, deliver high-quality service, and are seamlessly integrated into our platform for sustained growth. Roles and Responsibilities: Vendor Onboarding & Integration: - Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for new logistics vendors, ensuring alignment with goals. - Develop effective strategies to prepare vendors to meet our delivery and quality expectations. Contracting & Setting Expectations: - Manage vendor contracts, focusing on negotiation, legalities, and risk assessment. - Clearly communicate KPIs, compliance requirements, and performance expectations. Vendor Performance Management: - Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and resolving any performance gaps. - Act as the escalation point for addressing vendor issues, working across teams to find solutions. Relationship & Network Expansion: - Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with vendors to foster collaboration and mutual growth. - Identify areas for improvement and expansion within the vendor network, driving initiatives to scale efficiently. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with Operations, Product, and Data teams to improve processes and integrate vendor feedback into the platform. - Use data insights to drive cost-effective solutions, optimize vendor capacity, and increase operational efficiency. Reporting & Insights: - Regularly track, analyze, and report on vendor performance to leadership. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, ensuring it remains competitive and agile. Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in vendor management, supply chain, or last-mile logistics. - Strong expertise in vendor negotiation, performance management, and contract oversight. - Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. - Analytical, data-driven with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
