We are seeking a motivated Associate, CoE Analytics, based in India and reporting to the Head, CoE Analytics, to support the maximization of asset performance for our Australian operations, while also extending support to other regions as needed.

This role involves continuous monitoring of asset data and active communication with field technicians to understand and influence their actions, ensuring high asset availability.

You will be responsible for generating and reporting asset performance metrics to management as required.

Additionally, you will perform data analytics to identify potential technical issues ahead of time and communicate findings to OEMs for timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor asset performance continuously and ensure routine defined analysis are executed seamlessly.

- Coordinate with OEMs to provide timely updates on asset status and execution of operational activities during shifts

- Publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a timely and consistent manner.

- Ensure all performance KPI reports are available to management for periodic review.

- Support the operations team by providing necessary information and assistance during shift operations.

- Attend weekly performance calls and support all asset performance-related requests raised during the meeting.

- Integrate new plants into our in-house software platform by understanding data structures and implementing accurate dashboard logic.

- Learn the performance characteristics of new asset models and associated software tools such as Python and Power BI.

- Ensure high-quality and accurate analytics reporting as part of CoE Analytics routine operations.

Prerequisites

- Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering or MBA preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in utility-scale solar operations.

- Field experience in solar operation and maintenance.

- Experience in battery systems preferred.

- Proficiency in data analysis related to asset performance.

- Advanced Excel skills and strong presentation capabilities
