About the Role:

We're building a fast-growing, multi-brand retail business and are looking for someone who can own, scale, and lead operations end-to-end.

This is not a maintenance role - it's for someone who thrives in a high-growth, high-ownership environment, loves solving problems on the ground, and can turn strategy into execution across teams.

What You'll Own:

- Business Ownership & Growth: End-to-end ownership of retail operations with full P&L; accountability. Drive revenue, improve margins, and unlock growth opportunities.

- Operations at Scale: Build and streamline processes across multiple brands. Ensure strong SOP adherence while continuously improving efficiency and execution.

- Sales & Performance Engine: Track and improve key metrics like conversion, ATV, productivity, and store performance. Bring a sharp, data-driven approach to decision making.

- Team Leadership: Lead from the front - manage Area Managers and store teams, build a strong leadership pipeline, and create a high-performance culture.

- Cross-Functional Impact: Work closely with HR on hiring, retention, and culture. Partner with Marketing to drive footfall, local campaigns, and customer engagement.

- Customer Experience: Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across brands. Continuously raise the bar on service and in-store execution.

What We're Looking For:

- MBA from a Tier 1 B-School (mandatory)

- 5-7 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel businesses

- Experience managing multi-brand or multi-location retail operations

- Strong understanding of retail metrics, store operations, and team management

- Someone who is hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

- High ownership mindset with the ability to build and scale teams
