Technical Program Manager

Role: Technical Program Manager We are looking for a highly driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional execution, strengthen engineering operations, and ensure security, governance, and delivery excellence across our technology organisation. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, security, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engineering Enablement & Operational Excellence

- Define, track, and report engineering KPIs (PR velocity, L2 ticket SLAs, productivity metrics).

- Manage API version upgrades, deprecations, and drive readiness across engineering pods.

- Partner with engineering leads to refine processes, improve team efficiency, and ensure predictable delivery.

- Monitor AWS/GCP cloud consumption, identify anomalies, and drive cost-optimization initiatives with engineering and finance.

2. IT Governance, Security & Compliance

- Coordinate quarterly VAPT cycles across web applications, networks, and APIs.

- Lead engineering preparedness for all internal and external audits (RBI/NBFC, AWS, Karza, vendor audits).

- Oversee internal security hygiene: endpoint protection rollout, access governance, security checklists, audit responses, etc.

- Collaborate with HR and leadership to run company-wide security awareness and compliance training.

3. Vendor & Tooling Management

- Manage engineering-critical vendors including cloud, compliance, communication, and development tool providers.

- Own contract governance, renewals, pricing negotiations, and vendor performance reviews.

- Validate invoices, monitor consumption trends, and align regularly with finance on budgets.

4. Cross-Functional Program Leadership

- Lead high-impact programs requiring coordination across engineering, product, operations, finance, and security.

- Own program charters, execution plans, documentation, and risk registers.

- Ensure structured reporting, timely escalations, and consistent leadership communication.

- Maintain audit trails, SOPs, and program documentation repositories. Skills & Experience Required

- 4-8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.

- Proven experience driving complex, multi-team engineering programs (0-1 or scaling initiatives).

- Strong understanding of engineering processes, security practices, cloud infrastructure, and audit requirements.

- Experience in startups, B2B SaaS, fintech, or logistics domains is a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

- Ability to structure ambiguity, drive clarity, and lead execution in a fast-paced
