As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, online visibility, and lead generation. You will lead a team of digital marketers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. Your expertise in digital marketing tools, data analytics, and industry trends will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and maximizing marketing performance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, display ads, and email marketing.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives, including content creation, distribution, and promotion across digital platforms.
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid search campaigns to increase website traffic and conversions.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage the target audience, increase followers, and drive social media engagement.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement lead generation campaigns and optimize lead capture processes to drive qualified leads to the sales team.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and allocate resources to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign performance.
Skills And Knowledge:
- 3+ years B2B digital marketing experience financial sector experience.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pardot, HubSpot and Salesforce etc.) and marketing automation platforms to measure and analyses campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and Google Ads or other SEM platforms.
- Experience in content strategy, creation, and distribution to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices for business.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices for effective email campaigns.
- Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in leading and motivating a team of digital marketers.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to think creatively and propose innovative marketing ideas.
- Hands-on experience in Inbound Marketing.
- Good understanding of ISMS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey marketing strategies and results effectively.
