Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals.

- Identify target audiences and create platform-specific strategies for engagement, growth, and conversion.

- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.

- Set measurable goals (KPIs) for reach, engagement, leads, and conversions across platforms.

Content Creation & Management:

- Conceptualize, create, and manage compelling visual and written content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and Facebook.

- Write captivating captions, posts, blogs, and short-form content that reflect the brand's tone and personality.

- Develop creative assets - including reels, videos, infographics, and stories - using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.

- Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.

Community Management & Engagement

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and manage brand reputation across social platforms.

- Build and nurture an online community by initiating conversations, polls, and live sessions.

- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand advocates for campaigns and co-branded initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions).

- Generate monthly performance reports and derive insights to refine content and campaign strategies.

- Conduct A/B testing of content formats and posting times to maximize audience impact.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the design, SEO, and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with broader brand initiatives.

- Support paid media campaigns by creating organic content that complements advertising efforts.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for product launches, events, and announcements.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 3-6 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.

- Proven expertise in handling brand accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media algorithms, and SEO principles.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a flair for creativity.

- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize strategy.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
