Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering new opportunities.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that align with the agencys growth targets and vision.
- Pitching & Proposals: Lead the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that resonate with potential clients.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new opportunities to enhance the agencys offering and stay competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development/sales within the advertising/marketing or employer branding agency.
- Seeking individuals with 7+ years of experience, whether you're just starting to build your expertise or bringing decades of insight, we value all levels of experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence.
- A strategic mindset and goal-driven approach to delivering results.
