- We are looking for a seasoned Client Engagement Manager to join our team and lead client engagement at a strategic and operational level.
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in client engagement/account management within a creative/marketing/advertising agency and a proven track record of managing teams and high-value client relationships.
- You will act as the primary point of contact between clients and Velocitta India, translating client objectives into actionable briefs and ensuring exceptional service delivery through seamless coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic partner and single point of contact for key clients, owning the overall relationship, communication, and growth.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of client engagement executives and account managers to deliver exceptional results.
- Understand client requirements, business goals, and market trends to create strong, insight-driven briefs for the creative and execution teams.
- Ensure that internal teams remain aligned with client expectations through all stages of the project-concept to delivery-while meeting timelines and budget constraints.
- Make informed, strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to support long-term brand and business goals.
- Supervise and ensure high-quality presentations, proposals, and pitches, while also representing the agency in client meetings with professionalism and confidence.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, and troubleshooting potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention by regularly reviewing account performance, campaign effectiveness, and new opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly/weekly performance reports to both internal leadership and clients.
- Ensure client feedback is promptly shared with relevant teams and implemented effectively.

- Ability to stay on top of industry trends, marketing innovations, and client expectations to ensure continuous improvement.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Client Engagement/Account Management experience in a creative/marketing/advertising agency (preferably handling multi-industry clients).
- Proven ability to manage and grow a team, as well as work cross-functionally with creative, digital, and strategy departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with impeccable command over English.
- Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to present confidently to senior clients and internal leadership.
- Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, diplomatic, and energetic with a collaborative attitude.
