
Job Title : Sales Manager
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - Projects with strong exposure to faade systems and construction project sales.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project-based sales, coordinating with contractors and consultants, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the execution of faade works.
- This role requires sound technical knowledge of faade materials, the ability to read drawings and BOQs, and frequent travel to project locations.
- The company has strong in-house manufacturing capabilities, including glass processing, aluminum fabrication, coating, galvanizing, and faade system installations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive project sales and marketing for faade and glazing solutions.
- Identify and develop new project opportunities across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, architects, builders, and developers for execution of faade works.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the construction and faade industry.
- Travel to various project sites to generate and close new business opportunities.
- Understand and promote the company's in-house capabilities, including:
- Toughened and heat-strengthened glass
- IGU glass processing (DGU)
- Laminated glass
- Aluminum fabrication (windows, doors, structural glazing panels)
- ACP panels, SS railings, SS spider & patch fittings
- In-house powder coating, galvanizing, and metal plating
- Read and interpret preliminary drawings, technical documents, and BOQs.
- Coordinate internally with production and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and project pipeline updates to top management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and project timelines.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of faade materials and systems
- Experience in project-based sales within construction or faade industry
- Ability to understand BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development
