Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition personnel to manage end-to-end recruitment for primarily non-technical roles, with a strong focus on sales and leadership hiring. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking to ensure timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles & technical roles

- Handle internal stakeholder to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

- Conduct company mapping and talent mapping to identify relevant candidate pools from target organizations.

- Use multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking platforms.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Manage leadership hiring mandates and ensure quality candidate identification.

- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluation based on role requirements.

- Provide market insights and hiring analytics to support recruitment strategies.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Strong confidence and communication skills.

- Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Expertise in candidate sourcing and market mapping.

- Strong organizational and database management skills.

Qualification & Experience:

- Post Graduate in any discipline.

- 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Product Based Companies.
