Job Summary:

This position to coordinate and implement Vibrant EHS Management System in the Vibrant Wind Business.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the governance of Site EHS Management System

Actively monitoring

- Coordination with Site and Project Dept Heads in implementing EHS MS (i.e Projects, Supply Chain Management, Operation & Maintenance Business

- Monitoring sites Monthly Reports, EHS Audits, ISO 45k, 14k Implementation, EHS Trainings, etc)

- Developing and Marinating EHS MS Documents

- Developing EHS Plan, Contractors EHS conditions and to conduct Contractors EHS Pre-Qualification process

- Supervise & Support contractor in implementation of site applicable Local Legislations, ESMS/ ESIA requirements and other associated EHS Procedures.

- Implement ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements and to act as an auditee in ISO surveillance audits.

- Monitor the effectiveness of the site EHS rules defined in the EHS plan, revise as necessary in agreement with the EHS HOD and take appropriate actions in the event of non-compliance.

- EHS reporting and prepare EHS Dashboard for project reviews.

Education, Professional and Language Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in science, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry [MPC] / degree or any stream from Engineering

- Passed NEBOSH international diploma in occupational health and safety for construction/ one year diploma in industrial safety from state technical board / university or equivalent

- At least 10 - 13 years experience as EHS lead position in Wind & Solar Construction work

- Language known: English, Hindi

Skills / Abilities:

- Expert in using MS office and especially Excel and PPT

- Excellent written/Mail and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to conduct ISO EHS MS Internal Audits

- Teamwork and collaboration for a better implementation of EHS systems.

Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- Ability to travel throughout Vibrant Business construction and operations sites as required to implement EHS MS
