What You'll Do - Lead process automation & engineering to scale operations efficiently. - Drive P&L optimization and implement ERP/WMS solutions. - Design SOPs and improve key metrics: cost efficiency, productivity, quality. - Manage inventory, assets, and vendor efficiency. - Partner with tech & product teams to build scalable supply chain systems. - Travel 25-35% for on-ground execution. What We're Looking For - 6-8 years of experience in supply chain/operations (startup exposure preferred). - B.Tech (IIT/NIT) or MBA with a strong operational/engineering background. - Proven track record in process design, automation & material management. - Hands-on experience in ERP/WMS & system building from scratch. - Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills.
