As part of our Banana Exports business, we are looking for a highly driven Program Manager - Tech & AI to lead technology adoption and process transformation initiatives across our farm-to-export operations.

Role Overview

The Program Manager - Tech & AI will be responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies, translating business problems into scalable technology solutions, and driving the adoption of digital, data, and AI-led initiatives across banana sourcing, harvesting, packing, and export operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process gaps across banana harvesting, sourcing, packing, and export operations.

- Structure complex business problems and drive solution design through technology, automation, data, and AI interventions.

- Own end-to-end execution of strategic technology initiatives from problem identification to deployment and adoption.

- Track program milestones, success metrics, and business impact.

- Drive adoption of technology platforms, automation tools, AI-powered workflows, and digital solutions across field and operational teams.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, AI, and Data teams to convert business requirements into scalable products and solutions.

- Engage directly with line managers, supervisors, field teams, and operational stakeholders to understand pain points and process challenges.

- Act as the bridge between Business Operations and Tech/Product/Data/AI teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institution OR MBA from a Tier-1 institution.

- 2-6 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Product Operations, Consulting, Strategy, Analytics, Technology Transformation, or Startup Ecosystems.

- Experience in 0-to-1 product, process, or business initiatives will be a strong advantage.
