Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Head who will lead our performance marketing efforts and scale our e-commerce business. The candidate will be responsible for shaping the overall digital strategy for the brand and will manage all the aspects of current and future digital marketing and media, including our website, 3PL sites, SEO, digital advertising, social marketing and email.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the key stakeholders to understand the business objectives and translate them into advertising objectives.

- Strategize and conceptualize performance campaigns across all channels. Build a digital strategy for the brand.

- Deploy digital solutions across paid, owned and earned channels.

- Scale up our existing advertising channels and identify new ones to test.

- Work with the agency to ensure proper implementation and optimization of Facebook & Display Campaigns.

- Execute search campaigns on Google & Meta.

- Work closely with the creative team in conceptualizing and designing campaigns.

- Identify and report key performance metrics.

- Identify drop offs and opportunities in the marketing funnel and optimize them.

- Work with the B2B team to build the lead generation funnel.

- Explore new acquisition funnels across platforms, devices and content to reduce cost per lead and overall cost per acquisition.

- Own the data analysis, reporting and dashboarding for the function and continuously optimize the marketing spends.

- Research strategic planning for paid and natural search campaigns and execute the same to deliver the defined goals on a consistent basis to achieve ROI results.

- Keep pace with SEO, search engine,social media and internet marketing industry trends and development.

- Have a thorough knowledge of search ranking factors and critical updates.

- Responsible for keyword selection and keywords ranking, monthly traffic analysis, Google analytics and reports.

- Design programs to increase the overall engagement of the customers through segmented offerings, promotions, activities in the market.

- Continuously develop new schemes and products by assessing market requirements, customer inputs & usage pattern

- Help ensure customer loyalty to brand by understanding his behaviors/concerns & developing retention tools & promos

- Monitor competition and develop responses to keep products/ pricing competitive

- Continuously make & improve various MIS related to consumer segments and usage pattern to support management decisions

- Strong ROI measurement analytics on marketing efforts

Skills & Requirements:

- Hands on experience across platforms - Facebook Ads, Google Ads & Amazon Ads.

- Analytical and problem solving skills.

- Have a deep understanding of consumer behavior.

- Team player.

- Prior experience in D2C is good to have.

- 8+ years of relevant experience.
