Founded in 2022 by Gaurav Mittal, Himanshu Agrawal and Puneet Sharma, the startup is a B2B digital lending and Card Management Platform. Vegapays vision is to liberate financial institutions and fintech enterprises from every technical barrier which hinders offering a lending programme.

Meet the Team. Gaurav Mittal Gaurav is the Co-Founder and the CEO of the company.

He is having more than 20 yrs of experience and has worked with organisations like Zeta, Matchmove, MasterCard, Amex and ICICI Bank. Himanshu Agrawal Himanshu is the Co-Founder and the Head of Technology.

He is from IIT Kanpur and has more than 14 yrs of experience working with organisations like Amazon and DE Shaw. Puneet Sharma Puneet is the Co-Founder and the Head of Product.

He is from IIT Roorkee and has more than 10 years of experience working with organisations like BharatPe, Avail Finance.

Why This Role Matters:

Were seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Banking SaaS suite spanning Credit Cards, Credit Line on UPI, and Loan Origination Systems.

The ideal candidate combines a strong grasp of fintech and BaaS ecosystems with a generalist product mindset, capable of blending user needs, compliance, and technology into scalable financial solutions.

The Hats You Will Wear:

- Define and execute the roadmap for credit-focused SaaS products.

- Translate business and regulatory needs into product specs and user stories.

- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle ideation, development, launch, and optimization.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, and partner banks to deliver compliant, high-impact products.

- Analyze market trends and customer insights to shape product direction.

- Manage stakeholders across internal teams, partner banks, and vendors.

The Perfect Fit:

- 5-6 years of Product Management experience in Fintech, BaaS, or Banking SaaS.

- Tech graduate from Tier-1 college, CS background preferable.

- Strong understanding of credit systems, digital lending, and UPI-linked credit.

- Experience integrating with banks, NBFCs, or core banking systems.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with RBI regulations, KYC/AML, and risk/compliance frameworks.

- Bonus: Experience with payments, BNPL, or API-first banking platforms.
