1. Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategy across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C, etc.)
2. Lead listing, pricing, promotions, and product content management
3. Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and order fulfilment.
4. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including website, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media campaigns
5. Manage all digital partner relationships (agencies and platforms) to execute and monitor the campaigns.
6. Measure and optimize performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs)
7. Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
8. Collaborate on creating integrated marketing plans with brand managers and product managers
9. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements and skills:
- Strong experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related functions
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart etc and digital ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads)
- Proven success in managing e-commerce platforms and digital media campaigns
- Analytical mindset with experience in tools like GA4, Power BI, or Excel for performance tracking.
Preferred candidates:
- The E-commerce and Digital Lead will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing digital platforms, and implementing performance marketing strategies. This role will also lead initiatives to build brand presence across e-commerce marketplaces, D2C platforms, and digital channels while ensuring synergy with overall business objectives.
