Position Overview We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruitment team in Bangalore. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, particularly in Research & Development, and be a strategic advisor to hiring managers. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance. - Partner with Hiring Managers to craft and implement effective hiring strategies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Greenhouse (ATS). - Provide weekly progress reports and perform market intelligence analysis. - Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required Qualifications - Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably for R&D or software engineering roles. - Strong command of applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. - Deep understanding of IT recruitment trends, tools, and best practices. - Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset. - Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, agile work environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Passion for continuous learning and professional development in recruitment.
