About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Associate Director - Marketing to lead our complete marketing function. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll not only manage branding, campaigns, and communications but also personally drive and execute performance marketing with ownership.

If you're someone who thrives on growth numbers, understands ROI deeply, and can lead a multi-functional marketing team while being hands-on with platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube - this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy

- Define and execute the overall marketing roadmap for growth and brand visibility.

- Lead integrated campaigns across offline and online channels.

- Manage and mentor a team of content creators, designers, social media executives, and agency partners.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and academic teams.

- Performance Marketing (Individual Ownership)

- Directly manage and execute ad campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.

- Own CAC, CTR, CPL, ROI, and campaign budgets.

- Setup landing pages, A/B tests, and funnel optimizations.

- Track daily metrics and optimize campaigns for scale.

Brand & Content

- Oversee content marketing, email, influencer tie-ups, and SEO.

- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints.

- Plan and lead new launches, webinars, and partnerships.

Analytics :

- Monitor performance KPIs.

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.

- Make data-driven decisions and drive experiments across channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

- 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven expertise in performance marketing - preferably in EdTech/D2C/SaaS.

- Strong grip on marketing analytics, CRM funnels, and conversion tracking.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
