Senior Manager Performance Marketing.

Location: Bangalore (On-site).

Role Summary:

- We are looking for a results-driven Digital/Performance Marketing professional to lead our online acquisition and demand generation efforts.

The role focuses on driving high-quality leads through SEM/PPC campaigns and working closely with inside-sales, CRM, and operations teams to ensure effective lead conversion and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize SEM/PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting) to drive traffic and qualified leads.

- Own lead generation funnels from ad click to lead capture, including designing landing pages/forms or collaborating with product/web teams to ensure smooth lead capture flows.

- Track and optimize key performance metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, Lead Quality, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.

- Work closely with the CRM and inside-sales teams to hand over leads, monitor lead quality, define lead scoring, and improve follow-up effectiveness.

- Align with Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely lead follow-up via calls, emails, and chat, enabling higher conversion rates.

- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.

- Support content marketing, SEO, and local SEO initiatives (especially for real-estate or location-based businesses) to build long-term organic lead pipelines.

- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to continuously improve performance.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Search Ads, PPC, and SEM.

- Highly analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, attribution, and optimization.

- Basic to intermediate understanding of CRM systems and inside-sales workflows (lead hand-off, follow-ups, pipeline management).

- Good copywriting skills and understanding of landing page and conversion funnel best practices.

- Strong cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with Sales, Product, Web, and Operations teams.

- For real-estate or location-based services: familiarity with local SEO, geo-targeting, and audience segmentation is a plus.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in lead-driven businesses such as EdTech, Real Estate, BFSI, or high-volume inside-sales environments.

- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets with a clear focus on ROI and performance.
