About the Role:

- We are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Manager with strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills to support and optimize our sales processes.

- The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience in sales and a deep understanding of sales enablement, performance tracking, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with sales leadership to define and implement sales strategies, processes, and reporting frameworks.

- Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and goal achievement across regions or centers.

- Monitor key performance metrics, sales funnels, and conversion ratios to identify improvement areas.

- Design and manage dashboards, MIS reports, and data analytics to drive decision-making.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

- Support forecasting, target setting, and incentive plan design.

- Train and guide sales teams on tools, CRM, and operational best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Sales, or related field.

- 4-7 years of total experience, with at least 2+ years in sales and 2+ years in sales operations or strategy.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (Leadsquared / Zoho / HubSpot preferred).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Prior experience in education, retail, or fast-paced consumer industries preferred.
