We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Head to lead multiple centres within a region, driving business growth, operational excellence, and student success.

Role Overview:

This is a leadership role where Cluster Head will be the P & L owner for his region .

He / She will be responsible for managing the business and operational performance of a group of centres.

The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for education to ensure centres achieve revenue, enrollment, and student satisfaction target.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Growth & Revenue

- Own revenue, enrollment, and profitability targets for all centres within the cluster.

- Drive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and ensure ROI.

- Operations & Service Quality

- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all centres.

- Maintain academic and operational standards aligned with Vedantus brand promise.

- Team Leadership

- Hire, train, and manage Centre Managers, Academic Counselors, and staff.

- Build and mentor high-performing teams to deliver excellence.

- Market Expansion & Local Engagement

- Identify potential micro-markets for new centre launches.

- Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and local communities to drive brand presence.

- Marketing & Outreach

- Execute hyperlocal marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events to build awareness and drive enrollments.

- Performance Management

- Track and analyze KPIs including leads, conversions, footfall, and student satisfaction.

- Share regular business updates and insights with leadership.

- Compliance & Process Adherence

- Ensure all academic, operational, and financial processes are compliant with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

812 years of experience in business operations, sales, or center management (experience in Education/EdTech ).

Proven experience in managing multi-location teams/business units , 3-4 Branches .

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.

Proficiency in English and local language (preferred).
