Vedantu - Chief of Staff - COO's Office

Vedantu is hiring a Chief of Staff to the COO - a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in strategy, execution, growth, and operational excellence.

In this role, you'll work closely with the COO to drive key business initiatives across P&L, GTM strategy, sales performance, growth initiatives, process optimization, analytics, and strategic problem-solving.

What you'll do:

- Drive execution of strategic business priorities

- Partner on GTM & distribution strategy

- Analyze sales performance, CAC, conversions & unit economics

- Lead cross-functional growth initiatives

- Build dashboards, insights & AI-led reporting systems

- Conduct operational audits & customer experience reviews

- Solve high-priority business challenges directly with leadership

What we're looking for:

- 3-8 years of experience in Management Consulting / Strategy / Growth / Founder's Office / Ops

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

- Experience with dashboards, business metrics & AI tools

- High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities

- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
